    Question HD temp

    Is my harddrive running to hot?? it is curently at 45C.
    what is a normal temp for a hd?

    I think it's called IBM Deskstar 120gxp 80gb

    45ºC does seem a little hot. Then again, IBM's SCSI Drives usually run much hotter than the competition.

    See if you can put a fan in front of it to keep it from getting those temps.
