At 62ºC your processor is fine... rememeber that Athlon's really run hotter than Intel based CPU's.

Try not to worry about it... if it really bugs you, you can always get a bigger heatsink and a stronger fan.

    Try these brands:

    Swiftech
    Alpha
    Globalwin
    Thermaltake

    Cool

Remember that proper ventilation is also very important in any overclocked system. Install cooling fans in your casing to so that the hot air are blown out and therefore making your system a lot cooler..

Good point. The best thing to get the temps of your processor down is to have good cooling within the case.

That's also a bit on the high side... do you have fans taking in air from the front and releasing in the back?

Most cases have places for this by default. All you have to do is go out and get the fan. They are usually 80MM fans and you can get them anywhere as long as they run at 12 Volts!

Both CPU and case temps are a but hot. Clean out all the dust, route cables and wire out of the way, replace factory fan grills with wire grills for better ventilation (cheap), add more better fans (try to stay around 30db or less per fan), clean and oil fans.... Simple little things like this can drop your case temp to a few 'C above room temp. Every degree you drop the case temp, will drop the CPU temp. A bitter heatsink can help. If you are using a thermal pad, then thermal grease or Arctic Silver II can help too. A better fan on the heatsink can help too, but likely a whole nother heatsink is better/easier.

Go here and get 2-80mm wire grills ($1 each) and 2-80mm case fans (Top Motor Med or Low RPM) ($3 each). With shipping you are looking at $12. If you want some KILLER cooling, you can get AX-7 for $23 and add a nice med RPM 80mm fan (Top Motor Med RPM 3 pin for $3 works good). That would run you under $40 for a complete cooling package. If you do not have a spot for a fan, you can just add a blow hole across from the CPU.
