removing startups from taskbar on 2K

    Hi All,

I'd like to remove the startup icons from the bottom right of the taskbar. On win98 and XP you would use msconfig, on 2K not sure where in the registry.

    Any help appreciated

This will work, its basically Win98's Msconfig, ignore errors about missing config.sys ,autoexec.bat ,win.ini and system.ini, it'll work.

By the way, what does BTW stand for?

I like StartupCpl because it actually shows you where these files are starting from. You can disable them from starting or completely delete the start command all together, and it works great with every version of Windows.
