Does anyone know where I could get some really cool levels for quake 3 from.

There's many places you can download custom maps. Planetquake is one. You can also just search for Q3 maps from your favorite search engine. Or search in www.fileplanet.com
A friend of mine has a bunch here but there's no description or levelshot, just the filenames. They need to be unzipped to your baseq3 folder.
