Roger Wilko resets my pc

I have Win2k pro on my Pc and I have installed Roger Wilko, but when I try to shut down Roger Wilko it resets my Pc, it happens mostly when I have used Roger Wilko to connect to an IP and failed and then I try to shut RW down and it resets my Pc, but it also happens if I start RW up and then close it down almost str8 away.
Can someone for the sake of god help me, its driving me nuts .P.s. I have onboard sound (VIA chipset, and the latest drivers)

Its like Battlecom, it enables you to speak to your team mates when you are playing a game online via a headset/microphone.
