For me it has to be the Cranial Bore from Turok seeds of Evil.
This is just so funny, you fire a small slowish moving missile that flies around like a large bee as it tries to home in on the brain wave activity of an enemy, (it is best to use the weapon before you have been spotted). When it finds a suitable victim, (Raptors don't create enough brain activity), it attaches to the skull, drills it's way in and then pumps the victims brains out in a stream of greyish, reddish grunge. , while the victim shudders in a stiff sort of way as it happens then collapses on the ground in a heap........ had me in stitches when I first saw it

The screen shakes, the niose is so loud, and you can just mow people down with it!
Lots of satisfaction, makes me smile every time.
Not the weapon of choice for stealth though
Duke 3D. Hated the game in general, but there were 2 weapons which for me were redeaming features:
1 in the normal game there was the shrinker, which was fun 'cause if shrank people
2, there was a mod for the game which turned everything Carribian style, with water guns for bullet weapons and the RPG became a coconut launcher. Very funny

Hand of God: You walk around with your hand in front of you. When you fire a ball comes out and zips around the screen killing every enemy.
The Dog: You morph into a dog for a period. Biting people does a fair bit of damage, or you can hold down the fire button for a few seconds and let out a howl which again kills everyone on screen.
Drunk Missile: 5 missiles which initially fly around randomly, then home in and blow things up.
And of course, watching people burn, become charred skeletons and then fall apart after you get them with the firewall was fun too.
Yes you are right it is a Cerebral Bore been a while since I played it and how did you do the screenies?? as I would have done that if I could have worked it out
It's just the coolest weapon, wish "Do it all" stocked one
I just took those screens from an N64 gaming site, ign64.com, as they have alot of screenshots for every game. The Cerebral Bore won an award of the "Nastiest Weapon ever put in a game", but I don't remember exactly if it was given by that site...
