What is the command to start Quake3 Demo?

What will I write to start Quake3 Demo?
Can you please write the full command (and where)?

Depends on what version you have. But start out with pulling down the console(~), then type /timedemo 1. Then , if you have 1.19 or below type /demo demo1. If you have 1.27 do /demo demo127. Im not sure what it is for the newest version/

For V129 it's
/demo four
