Unreal Tournament Question

Can anyone tell me what to type in to get your frames per second to show up in Unreal Tournament? Used to know, but I forgot, also, if anyone knows the same for Quake3, would like to test out the fps in both games. Thank you!

For UT just press the TAB key and type timedemo 1

For Q3

C:\Program Files\Quake III Arena\baseq3

open the filewith wordpad and change

seta cg_drawFPS "0"

to

seta cg_drawFPS "1"

also make this change

seta com_maxfps "170" (or what ever you want the max frame rate to be)
