Actually, I have the beta of the game, but I'm not supposed to be talking about it. All I can say is the following:

I have a meta physicist, nano technician, and martial artist. The graphics are stunning, but there are lots and lots of bugs. I can't post any screenshots, so please don't ask.

I still prefer Everquest.

Everquest

Everquest is very tolerant to high pings. However, Verant Interactive has two sets of world servers at the Sony Station. The first is for the United States and Canada, and the other set is for the rest of the world. While European players can play on the American servers, it is not recommended because of the higher pings.

You can play Everquest with pings averaging 300ms, and will do reasonably ok up to 500ms... The only drawback in modem is that you can't download patches very fast, which happens once or twice a week.

Right now, not cool on modem. AO is written by Funcom, a Finnish company (or some Scandinavian company). They moved to the United States recently to put up the servers because according to them it is "impossible, expensive, and unrealistic to do it in Europe."

Cable pretty much rules, followed by DSL. Dialup SHOULD be ok, but right now it is still full of bugs. It is playable on dialup, but to a lesser extent than Everquest.

Im looking forward to this game also.........Bad thing is it miss its release date or is going to.I already prepayed,Ill probly just get my money back.I not waiting another 2 1/2 months for it prepaid.........I can use 50 bucks till then
