    can q3 be compared to other sports ( football, chess) )

    I was thinking if quake 3 could be compared to other sports, football, handball or chess etc. Then, should be in the sports section of newspapers?

    Please give answers...

    I don't think that they can put bloodsports in a newspaper:> but if they did they might get more subscribers

    Well, when there are tournaments, the players usually turn blood of to get more fps and visibility so, the game is not bloodsport anymore.

    But, is it a sport like soccer?

    I don't know about Q3 but the original Quake had Quess (Quake chess) and Qrally (racing mod). Never played them but they looked interesting.
