Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 problem

I get this wehn I try to run Red Alert 2 settings editor from the game directory
I'm using the first edition of RA2 so it's unpatched. Please help, thanks!

I took a screenshot of the error and it was called image1.jpg, that thing was a power thing that my socket 7 fan went into. I used that as an example to show some guys in chat of what I was stuck with, do I just rip the fan wire off? No, you just remove that peice of cable. That thing was also called image1.jpg, btw!
