i am a UT expert, but i don't know how to edit skins in UT though. i know how to add new ones though. and take screen shots during play using the Print Screen button, and copying and pasting into paint. you can also open up the console and type in "shot" [enter], but then that huge annoying box is in the way. would you like to see my awesome screen shots of me wiping out the competition?

if i recall, either F12, or F9 takes a sceenshot durring play, which is saved to your UT/system directory.
Yeah, that whole print screen thing works, and I use it, but it's a pain if you want multiple shots. Go with the Function keys and then they will already be saved for you.
You know, I've seen some damn long descriptions of where people live, and I was just wondering how freakin' long of a location they actually allow you to write in here. Looks like it's quite a bit. Oh well, if the space is here I'll use it!!! :)

and while we're at it..
I tried to create a custom voice pak. I sampled the .wav files to the correct bit rate and stuff, and tried to pull them up in UED to finish the job. It acted like it loaded them, but really didn't. I tried a hundred times, but could never load the files to assign in Ued. Any suggestions?

There is an util called "skinmaker". Haven't tried it, but give it a shot.
I have a tutorial somewhere on the "manual" way, I will look for it. I'll get back! Doing it manually is rather tiresome, as it is quite a few things that you have to do...
As for screenshots, I think F9 is default, and that creates multiple files if you press it multiple times. PRINTSCRN button works too, except for voodoo cards using Glide.
