Well I went to Electronic Arts site to look for a patch but the support section for this game is just a dead link. I am not aware of a specific patch out for this game though. What is the problem that you are having?

when i ever click race it always kick's me to desktop.
i have the lastest whql voodoo3 drivers 1.05.00

i test the game in a P3 550 with a TNT2 n' it runs.. so i gues is my videocard

Have you tried going into 3dsetup and set the game to run software mode instead. I know it looks bad but this will help narrow down the problem even more. See if it crashes in Software mode, if not you could try to get some of the newer beta Voodoo 3 drivers. Also you may want to play around with some of the 3d settings and turn anything extra off and see if it still crashes. I beleive that the CD also contains some certified glide drivers you should try installing.

that is the strange part.. when i enter 3dsetup it only says 3dfx Voodoo3 n' nothing else...

no software mode selection is presented..

I dont think its the OS because it works fine on ME for me. However I am using a different video card.

maybe is win me + v3 = conflicts in nfs 5

my friend has win me + tnt2 n' have no problems....
