    Baldur's Gate 2

I tried to install it, but halfway thrue the process, my f*cking computer goes into sleeping mode (dunno if thats the english word for it since i have the norwegian ver. of win98).
I have tried to remove everything to re-install it, but since i think the uninstall file wasnt installed properly i cant remove everything. when i insert the cd, i cant install, the window shows "play" like i allready did.
HEEEEEEEELP!! PLEASE! God damn i wish i knew a little bit more about computers

Right click on your CD ROM in My computer and choose Explore. Find Setup.exe and run it. That should work! BTW: that is the 'old fassion' way to do things prior to Win95.

ok, alot of times, the Autoplay looks for the existence of the shortcuts under Programs in the start menu. If these were created, delete them. second, find the Black Isle directory and delete it (assuming you don't have any other BI games, else delete the BG2 directory.

Next search for Baldur, Gate, Black Isle, in the Registry- Run Regedit to get there. Delete any entries, especially in the Uninstall key.

That covers just about everything. Else give them a call.
