I read in a South African magazine "New Age Gaming" that this classic game will get a new make over. Can't wait to C it. I will try to get the magazine from the friend I saw it and C what software company is going to develop it and post the name.

I can't believe it... I just downloaded the demo of Wolf "3D" for nostalgia's sake, (big, 800k...) I can't believe how far we've come in the last few years... how easy it is to forget...
I'm stunned.
It was so different in my memory... and yet, so familiar was the gaming experience... eery, to say the least.
I loved Wolf3d!! I remember spending weeks trying to complete it on my 386 sx 16 system. I thought there was nothing better at the time I'll have to upload it to my webpage for download.

I remember how awed I was the first time I saw Wolf3D, on my uncle's 486-33... I was completely blown away! I played through it again last year on my work PC (Unfortunately enough, it also was a 486-33.... uuuggghhhhhh. Nothing sucks like trying to slog through CAD and Programming- yes, CAD and programming, in 1999- on Windows 3.1 on a sh*tty PC like that, then going home to a fast new PII-400)
