Yeah, I remember those damn Elementals, real annoying. But the last level boss from Nightmare Creature were a real badd ***.

The 3-headed tentacle thing in the rocket engine test lab in Half-Life.

Gee the noise that thing makes - and the first time you are there you have to think too. I remember being frustrated as heck slapping my monitor hoping that thing would stop banging those metal walls that made such an infernal noise.
