Secret rooms in Diablo II

I found some of these rooms, especially in the jail level of Act I. But nothing really special except for money or a good sword. Any of you guys found anything neato?

Nah i haven't found anything useful. I found one room by pure luck and random clicking skills. I wasn't looking for a door, but i just clicked in the general area that i wanted to get my barbarian to and a door opened. Nothing much in there. Just gold and possibly a magical hand axe. Nothing of real interest.
