ABIT SA6R i815E Mainboard Review
The SA6R is a fully featured i815E motherboard, with new features and a design that smoothes over many of the hardware and software issues of the SE6. As with their popular BX133-RAID and KT7-RAID motherboards, ABIT has added a HighPoint HPT370 RAID controller to the SA6R mix. At first glance, the ABIT SA6R may simply look like a RAID-enabled version of the popular SE6, but ABIT has also upgraded their i815E BIOS to the current SoftMenu III and added other features such as a fourth DIMM socket.
