1.53Ghz Palimino. Should Intel Worry? Not working

For some reason, I can't see any of the new posts (mine included).

This happened before on another 4 page thread in the CPU forum.

Also a stange (<href...) bit of HTML appears instead of 'Please click here to return...' once I've posted my message.

Thanks, Captain -- as you know, this has happened more than once when threads get into three figures, so I'll post a Part 2 thread while Housen (who, btw, is already lobbying for a switch to new software) and the crew see what they can do ...

    Cheers and apologies,
    Eric

if we switch to new software will our post numbers go back to 0? And will all the posts from the past get erased?

Good questions, to which I don't know the answer -- I'd suspect so, but will try to find out.

Posts, user accounts, post counts, and registration dates would all transfer over intact. Still looking into a few more things, though... The conversion will likely happen in months, not days or weeks.

HM: Assuming that you are going with VBulletin, does Jelsoft have a conversion script for UBB->VB ?

    If so, that's very cool
