The Inside Line: Are Wireless LANs the Answer?
Whether or not to adopt a wireless network is a question many companies are pondering lately. The true benefits of a wireless network relate to the portability of hardware and software, as well as the inherent need for less physical wiring. The ability to take a laptop from the workstation to the meeting room while maintaining the network connection is a powerful incentive.
