Why would anyone want to read about OC'ing all the time? Look at ANY OC'ing website, NONE OF THEM are about OC'ing all the time. Nobody complains about them! It's what we are and it's how we'll stay. The forum belongs to us, all of us. You write on the forum, it is your forum. We all like it, it all stays the same. Do you See?
I have been "living" at the HWC OC boards since last autumn. I must say that I like the OT post.. they make me read the OC posts.
If there were NO OT post, i would leave the board ages ago!, im a human, humans dont like to the same all the time, we arent made to be monotone (?) ....
The OT posts makes us aware of the facts that there are HUMANS behind the words....
Humans have fantasy and we must use it...
The OT posts makes the board more colorful.

The exploding dog that created a major fuss in the Off Topic Forum was well liked in the Overclocking forum.... we have two standards and two clicks... and one site...... Hmmm.
Speak not to me of consideration RICH. People who comprehend the word "consideration" understand also the meaning of "consideration of others" and do not mount crusades to tell them what to do and how to do it. Yeah not many are disagreeing with me because the whole overclocking click is here trying to save there gig. When the mod has to pretend to be someone else to back things up there is a serious problem.

If someone posts an OT thread over in CC&O it's probably because they think it's interesting and people may want to see it. It helps keep the forumn fresh since not everything is overclocking related. But to post something OT in another forumn, with just a link to a previous arguement, simply to try and prove a point is a waste of everyone's time. Rich I don't get how, by doing exactly what you're opposing here in CC&O it's going to get people on your side.

I post in most other forums too but there is no greater forum than the OC.

I post in the OC forum, EVERYTHING I would ever want to know, even how to replace the HSF.
the OC forum is the reason I joined HWC, so please, leave it as it is.
I think Duckman is doing a great job and the knowledge gained from the OC forum is great, I've never learnt more about OC in my life.
