    Why can i o´clock my 66Mhz mem.to 83 MHz???

    Hi there you technicians,

    Could somebody explain 2 me why i is posiible to run my 66 MHz dimm 64 MB at a bus speed
    of 83 Mhz (celeron 400@500Mhz) and with NO problems..
    is there a program which can check mem stabillity. it seems to me that it is stable
    at that freq.No hang ups or what so ever...
