I think it is about time we get our act together here. Just look at the off topic forum it is disgusting for old members as well as new at what this site is becoming. I realize that there all ages here but this site used to be the ULTIMATE site. Now it has become romper room. The mods arent allowed to do anything because someone might get theyre feelings hurt. Ive been around here quite a while now and it makes me sick to see what this site has become. It is time to pull ourselves up by the bootstraps and get back to work. Have you looked around lately? We are loosing more people than ever. Mods are leaving in disgust. members are bickering with eachother and with site administration. When will it end ? If you need help then ask for it. but dont get in people that are yes men. We have seen that that doesnt always work to our benefit.

sometimes I too get tired of the distractions here, mainly the flame bait and the trolling and the bickering and attacks on mods. I find myself coming to this forum less and less ... the milk has been soured already.
sin2 im not casting stones at just the off topic forum sometimes it tends to spread into the others as well. I just think we need to clean house and get everything in order. If people want to have romper room or pick fights let them go else where. sometimes people will post questions and never get an answer because everyone migrated to off topic or general forum. The site is loosing its luster. i dont always come here to see if everyone is happy with their spouse or if cybersex is ok. It has its place but its gone overboard the last month or so. I think most members will agree.

One more thing. I think you would be able to get your word spread out better if you could AT LEAST put a copy of this topic in Off-Topics Forum and "<bump>" it every now and then.

D5 no i dont want to attack toolbox. I dont want to attack any mod. I just think that admin needs to quit worrying about hurting some of these peoples feelings and tell them it their way or the highway. You know it is sad to me that some people never even post here they read a couple of the threads and they never return.
As for posting in the other forum it would turn into a brawl when it was all over with cause there are a few people that just try to pick fights when anything constructive is trying to be done with the forums.
