Unlocking XP's

What's this I hear about the newer XP's being almost impossable to unlock. I have a 1700+ that was not all that tough to unlock. But I hear talk of AMD leaving some real messes on their new chips. Is this true? I just ordered a XP 2000+ and will be pissed off if I can't unlock it. After all, that's half the fun of O/Cing. Thanks,
