    What's the quietest 300W or higher power supply

    It needs to be as quiet as possible

    Any of the ones in the the Enermax Whisper series.

    Use it with a case made by Noisecontrol:-

    You'll need to use Alta Vista's babelfish program to translate - http://www.altavista.com

    The 300W PSU that came with my Aopen HX08 case is also pretty quiet.
    Athlon XP 3200+, TT Silent Boost (its rubbish as well as loud) Gigabyte nForce2 mobo (stable but lacks tweaking options), GF4 Ti4200 128mb, Lian-Li V2000
