Duron 850 and Celeron 366 problems

Hello guys, I've a problem with my two PC, the first, a Duron 850 on a Gigabyte GA-7ZX won't run dimm at 133Mhz (they are 133), and the CPU doesn't like bus speed over 115mhz. The second a Celeron 366 doesn't want to run at 550mhz even if I use a Duron Cooler and I've lapped it. It runs on a P3B-F with a little bigger cooler rather than on a P2B-F, any ideas?

I've tested (Celeron 366) 2,1 2,2 2,3 volts but on P2B-F the actual mb, it doesn't seems to work. The CPU is lapped until copper. When I've bought it the reseller said that it had been tested with 95mhz bus on a BP6, with no problems, for a day (core 2.00v)
    What do you suggest?
