Anyone know if someone sells the Antec case without a power supply? I have a brand new Enermax 350w PS...obviously I'd like to save the money on both the case and shipping if I can. For that matter, what quality cases are out there that are sold without a power supply?

Antec SX1030 cases can be bought without the PS at www.inflowdirect.com but the cost is the same as if you bought from www.microbarn.com with the PS!!! What a ***** huh? I figure I'll run the Antec PS for a while and then sell it when I can afford a nice Enermax unit.......

one last question to S_Klass or anyone who's used a Yeon Yang.

what's the quality of these cases like?

I've narrowed my search down to 2 cases. The Antec SX1030 or the Yeon Yang 5402 (which is basically the same as what S_Klass posted: except no front cover) I really like the 2 x 120mm fans on the YY (which will still be quieter and more efficient than even 80mm fans on the Antec). but the quality of the Antec has been well documented/reviewed.





I'd order from that place (servercase.com) but the shipping is a little off. I'll try to find a dealer in the East Coast when I get Stateside.

I'll throw in a 350watt Enermax and some Sonex Acoustical foam and it should be a decent setup if I do go with the YY.

the link that ebok gave www.inflowdirect.com sells the Antec without a PS for 85$+ s/h. total will come out to the same as microbarn (which includes a 300watt Antec PS). you might want to think about getting from microbarn and try selling the PS if you can.
