You should add more RAM to your system.. and also I don't know what you use your machine for, but the 15GB seems too little. Upgrade to a 7200 drive. As for mine,

I wish I had your sys here at work, I'm on a Comcrap Pissario 2200 from 1997, with a no zif socketed Cyrix 180 mhz chip, all in one board, 336 modem, 1GB HDD, and no cooling fans at all, 13" vga monitor. They refuse to upgrade me, not suppose to be on line either, hehe! Primary use for this PC is Control System Supervisor, HVAC EMS front end.
You should post HIS system so we can critique it, I think yours is pretty impressive especially the OC on the duron (you didn't mention cooling though). I would recommend an upgrade to the video card the GeForce2 scene is definately a buyers market right now.
Actually your computer is pretty good.... and tell your friend to take a good look at these machines HWC members have
