I am adding a window to my case. it is 1/8th inch plexi glass.
what is the best way to attach the window. I am thinking rivets, that will look cool but I dont want to crack the glass, any suggestions?

They have a 12"x12" lexan window kit for only $16.99 and they have good shipping rates. They also have light kits, fans busses, cooling, modded cases, blow hole kits and a bunch of other cool case mod'n stuff. I have only ordered a pair of 92mm PanaFlo L1A low noise fans from there and they charged about $5 for shipping.

What ever you do, keep in mind that Plexi & lexan have a high coefficient of expansion and allow it to creep, otherwise it will crack.
If you use screws, drill the holes oversize and leave the screws a little loose so the glass can creep. It is good practice to snug the nuts and then back them off about half a turn. If you use rubber molding make sure the glass has at least 1/16" clearence between it and the metal so it does not expand against the metal.
Hope this helps, Bill

some people have waaaayyyyy too much time on their hands...plus makes me wanna see what i can do now, hehe
I think I will get the glue that they suggest be used with plexi glass. I dont want it to crack.. I have already had enough problems with the paint. the paint and the clear enamal seem to not like each other and blister up when I put one over the other.
