Wow what a scare. I took my GF2MX out of the case cos the fan on te blorb was making a racket!(anyone else got a dodgy blorb fan?)
anyway i found that one of the fins had snaped off, how i have no idea.
So i removed the fin and put the blorb back. Now after turning on the system, one of the pins holding it in flew off! lol and landed on my kt7! it starting glowing too ! must of landed on a resistor or something but the plastic was yellow. So in panic i turned the machine off and examined the pin.It was bent to s@*t. But the mobo was ok.
Anyway i definately got a good scare. The pins must of come loose for some reason. And now another fin has broken off so i no longer have the fan plugged it. Damm it sounds louder than my deltaSo now i am using the thermal tape to apply the sink.
Phew i think is the best word to describe this
