Best Cooling for overclocking duron 700

wot is the best way of cooling an overclockt duron 700 i have a 1gig hsf on it .
is that ok to keep it cool or will i need something else

Well I have a Globalwin FOP32-1 keeps my 600 Duron @900 between 36c and 41c. Got it here http://www.coolerchips.com/ for $17.49, good people good service.

Never use the rated speeds to determine the cooling ability of a heatsink. CoolerMaster will rate just about anything at 1.2Ghz. The one that shipped with my Duron is rated for 1.2Ghz now and it kept my Duron 600 at 800Mhz at 1.6v a toasty 50-60'C. With a GlobalWin FOP32-1 I run 950Mhz at 1.7v and it never gets past about 38'C. That is a hugh differance. You should be able to hit at least 900Mhz with one.

I am a big fan f the FOp32-1 as well but the new ThermalTake Volcano II seems to perform just as well with a lower noise level and a lower price.

Adding alot of CPU grease helps also, at least on my T-Bird, you have to fill in the gap between the heatsink and top of the CPU.
