I think hitting 133 FSB with a P3 850 will be too optimistic a target. The current P3 core maxes out at abt 1 Ghz so getting 133 Mhz FSB is improbable...You may be able to hit this FSB with a lower speed P3 like a P3 700e or 750...I suggest a P3 700 since you could hit 140+ FSB with it and your mobo.
If you insist on a P3 850, you will need to use better than air cooling ( a peltier or water cooler) to hit 133 Mhz FSB.

Yah. 113 FSB will be possible with a P3-850 and a CUSL2-C...However, system performance will be much higher if you can hit higher FSBs...That's why I'm suggesting getting a P3 with a lower multiplier (P3 700-800) so that you could hit 133+ FSBs. Running at higher FSBs will result in greater memory performance which has a very large positive impact on overall system performance.
But if your friend already has a P3-850, then he has to content himself to running at lower FSBs...

Just tryout whatever fsb you want, if it posts in to windows, run 3dmark and q3 for a bit. If it crashes, raise the voltage, or knock the fsb down a little. Its going to be trial and error to see what fsb you can hit.
I've had success at booting and running an 850 at 994. Try the 117 bus speed. With good
cooling I have had it at 1054 mhz with the 124fsb.
Its all a matter of luck if you can get more
than 900 or so with the 850. Some people can't break 950 while others have up tp 1100
and beyond.
