mine seems pretty good. no real issues other that the RMA situation with the multiplier lock... i may or may not return mine, since i'm not sure if i need to overclock a 1.2 gig tbird.

easy to disable on board sound, but... it can be troublesome with some soundcards (e.g. sblive) and it outright rejected my aureal vortex based card. the onboard sound is not bad, but i think i'm going to look for a high-end compatible card for audio recording.
