Cpu ocing works but not VGA card?

Ok so when i up my CPU 200 mhz it makes a diffrence of about 100 3dmarks but when i up my VGA card speed from 166 to 175 it makes no diffrence at all why?

the core on yr g card is not the bottle neck so it will not change the score no if u o/c the mem u should begin to see a improvement

ok here it is

CPU running at stock 700 (why? cause it can)

Video Card @ 166 3040 3dmarks
Video Card @ 175 3148 3dmarks

I ran the test 2 times and got the same number (ok so they were off by one but still)

I am trying it at 900 now to see the diffrence i will post the new scores in about 15-20 mins

So ocing the video card does work
