Ne suggestion on methods of cooling my comp or methods of placing my fans?

Hey my i added 2case fans an exhast system and a blue orb to my geforce2mx and my system temp hasnt changed really to much. Ne one can help me on how to place them? Also wat would be good to make blow holes in the case?
