    Overclock 200MHZ pentium 1??

I want to kill my computer and have fun when doing so :*)

Is it possible to overclock the 200 MHZ non-mmx pentium 1? And how?

    You can always try 75 x 3 (225 Mhz)
    If your lucky it'll post at 75 x 3.5
Provided your mobo support higher than 66 FSB and x 3 multiplier

If you really wanna have fun and don't mind your computer getting wrecked then take it as high as the motherboard will support

If you want it to last a while, then like tOKSIK said, set it to 75x3 (225) or 66x3.5 (233) if your memory/hard disks etc. have trouble with the higher FSB.

My 200(MMX) did 250MHz flawlessly at 2.9v in a Shuttle HOT565. Oh and, a friend of mine is running his 200MMX linuxbox WITHOUT ANY CPU COOLING AT ALL! 24/7 for about seven months now, still going strong. Even with the cpu idling the cpu burns my fingertips every time I get near it. If he's unable to kill the chip that way, you're gonna have a hard time killing it just by overclocking it

Give it 3v, some cooling (hey I said "some") and shoot for the stars.

my mobo wont go past 266 (p200mmx), but I need 100% uptime right now (its a server) so I haven't tried over 225
