What does the T-Bird 1GHZ yield when overclocked?

I am looking to purchase either a T-Bird 1 Ghz or 1.2 GHZ. Could you tell me what the yeild for each processor would be when overclocked (aircooled)?

I would like to hit 1.4 GHZ. How close can I get?

I think the 1.2Ghz are more likely to hit in the 1300-1350Mhz range while a 1Ghz is likely to top out around 1250. Is 100Mhz worth $100? For most hard core overclockers would say yes if they can afford it.

Is there a certain week of chip that can (to a high degree of certainty) achive 1300 Mhz?

What are the weeks up to now? Close to 55?

I can get my 1 GHz to post at 1300, but windows doed not like it at all...the highest stable speed I have gotten is at 1.2 GHz...That is with normal cooling...so you should be able to hit 1300 if you are lucky... I am already at 1.800, and since I am new to AMD I am a little weary of going above that

my friend has a 1gz.. he is at 1313mhz right now with fop32 cooling and also a fan in the back of his case..
also stable after playing many rounds of ut..

    so 1250 is very achievable

I have a week 41 t-bird at 1ghz. I am also wondering what would be a goal in the way of overclocking this puppy, as soon as I get my Micron PC 133 RAM then it will be overclocked as far as I can get it to go.. and then more!

BTW.. it is safe to run the voltage as high as 1.9 if you have good cooling. I am running this voltage right now... makeing sure I get a good burn in!
