Do I need more power????

The power supply in my computer is going bad, the fan is not working right. Right now the power supply is 250w. I am thinking of upgrade it to either 300w or 350w, what is the advantage of having a more powerful power supply. I had a lot of thing in my computer I use all the power outlet from the power supply.

Here is the list of thing I had

P-III 600
HP CD-RW
DVD-rom
NEC 38x cd-rom
2 30G maxtor HD
ATI all in radeon
256mb ram
NIC
SB gold 64
zip drive
floppy drive
3 fans

so computer is pretty much full, my question is do I need a more powerful power supply?

I would say: yes. With so many drives, a 300W PSU is a good choice I think. You won't need more propably.
