2,0V CPU Core on a CeleronII 700 Mhz (default = 1,7V) with Intel Retail Heatsink ?!?

I read someone used up to 2,0V for a CeleronII 600 Mhz to reach a certain speed. I am using retail intel heatsink with a 37 CFM Fan on top of it. I can run at 903 Mhz at 1,9V. I tried 1,95V with my cooling, but I didn't feel comfortable with it, so I put it back to 903 Mhz at 1,9V.

Standard for my CeleronII 700 Mhz = 1,7V. Can I go up to 2,0V with my cooling ??? I have a total of 9 fans in my case.

2 in front
2 in back
2 on the side blowing on pci-cards and CPU
2 on my Vid. card (voodoo3)
1 on my CPU

Feed me with info !!! Feed me !!!

Slotkey Adapter = ASUS.
RAM = 128 Mb PC100 at CAS 2-2-2.
Mobo = ABIT BE6-II

Thanx for the reply Duckman, but it isn't quite what I hoped for.

I just need to know what's the highest possible Voltage I can use for my CeleronII 700 Mhz. And this with Air Cooling !!!

So ... the only thing I need to know is:

1,9V CPU Core = safe with intel retail heatsink
2,0V CPU Core = ???
2,05V CPU Core = ???

That's what I need to know ... but thanx for the quick reply ... I know pretty much about overclockin nowadays, so that guide isn't quite what I need.

OK...at 1,9V I think I would opt for a bigger heatsink..like a Gorb(cheap, lotsa bang for yer bucks), a Alpha PEP66 or Hedgehog.
