CPU or memory 'upgrade'

I kinda know the answer (regarding P3's), but what the hell. Got a P3 600 133 happily running @ 140 FSB (630) on a chaintech 6BJM. I know my SDRAM doesn't like to run higher, got it running @ 150 FSB on a Shuttle AV61 (SDRAM @ 117). As the rest can take it, is the best option to invest in 150 MHz SDRAM and wait for the P4 or is getting a P3 @ 100 the best option?
Also, I'm thinking of getting a gold Orb for my CPU and a blue Orb for my Asus v6600. Any suggestions for performance that surpasses the looks?

Forgot to tell you, the 6BJM is faster, even when the AV61 is running @ 150.
