OK, don't laugh too hard at what I'm trying to do but I dont' have much money.

Here are my specs:
Tyan Trinity 400 mobo
P II 266 with dual coolmasters
96 meg ram (64 meg pc 133, and a 32 meg pc-100)
3 2 gig hd's
8x dvd-rom
Voodoo 3 3000 agp
creative labs 128 pci sound card

Now, I want to overclock this as much as possible. All I can get it up to right now is 300 (4.0 @ 75fsb). Every time I try to go any higher, my mobo wont even start. I have to reset my cmos and try again. I don't care about that, I just want it to go faster. My mobo supports up over 1ghz so i don't exactly kinow what the problem is.

Please give me any suggestions~!!!!!
