hold a heat probe in place

What kind of tape would be good to hold a heat probe in place? It would have to be placed over the open circuit board. I have some thermal tape left would that be strong enough? Thanks

You can even use duct tape if you want... as long as the tape is non-conductive.

duct tape is bad b/c it doesnt usually hold up to heat.
