Has anyone had a chance to really check this stuff out? How has the 6ns PC150 ran? Will it run 150 cas2? Any insight into this ram would be appreciated. I'll be using this on a BF6, btw. Thanks.
Kuzia has that RAM and said that it's pretty damn good.
Ask him for more detailed specifications or:
KingMax (KTI) 128mb 168-pin PC150 HSDRAM (TinyBGA) Cas2 6.5ns
(http://www.kingmax.com/PC150/150english.html - see for more info)
It's almost two times smaller in height than regular SDRAM modules.
(Not that it really makes any difference..., but it looks pretty cool)
I got it for $147 USD at www.dallasmemory.com on Thursday, Oct 12.
If you wanna save a couple of bucks, wait another week or two - I've
seen it drop down from $155+ USD to $145 USD in one week.

Mushkin also seem to like quoting the clock access time which in this case is 4.5 ns, but this is not the chip speed. In other words it is not 4.5 ns ram. Mushkin ram is still good though I have 256mb here

Hey Tool, that KingMax PC150 can do at least 133MHz at CAS 2-2-2! Not bad for $105!! I think I'm going to get me two sticks of it! I need the low profile so it will fit under my GlobalWin VOS32 fans!
I feel pretty stupid now...
If I waited one more week, I'd save 50 bucks. Oh well.
The memory is very good though. It gave me extra 400 points in 3DMark2K. (Over 128mb PC100 8ns cas3 RAM)
I'm pretty sure Kingmax does 150Mhz at cas2. That is what I am led to believe from their ads. Never tried myself. I'm running it at 138Mhz cas2:2:2 right now.

I have the Kingmax PC150 6ns from mwave. I can tell you that it DOES DO 2-2-2 at 155fsb! I have tried on my friends p3 600e to get 930mhz. I have it on my own computer but only 125fsb because my p3 800e only does 1000.
For $105 guaranteed 150fsb cas2, its WELL WORTH IT!
Just ordered two sticks! Better get them while they last! If the prices go down even more, I'm going to get two more sticks for my server. I'll have a total of 384 in my main machine, 256 in my wife's PC and 512 in my server. Ya can't have enough ram!
