    Cooling for duron 600

    I am looking into building a pc for a friend. is this ok for cooling.
    biostar m7vkb
    amd duron 600
    mwave amd approved hs/fan
    300w ps in antec ks282 case
    simple intake with possible exhaust fan
    no plans of overclocking in mind.

    you will need a heatsink (big) at the very least on that

    Yes, even when not overclocking the duron can put out a lot of heat. Personally to be on the safe side I would invest in a good heatsink/fan unit. Maybe an Alpha or a Global Win.
