How fast do u think i'm gonna get this p3-700?

I'm gonna buy a p3-700 (SL45Y - cB0 stepping). I have a Soyo 6BA+IV mobo, 128 pc133 ram (****ty ram), creative geforce ddr, sblive. How high do u think i could get with standard cooling.
I have a P3-600 (SL3NL) and the same mobo and i got it running at 800 with no problems at all, using the same config witch i wrote above.

seems like a lot of people get them to 933 without too much difficulty. might be my next chip because they're getting cheaper and it fits on my board.

Cooling won't be the problem, the chip runs out of juice before it gets too hot.
A lot of people, and I mean a [i]lot[/b] have got theirs to 933 stright out of the box; however the more recent ones (after about week 24 or so) have been less succesful because Intel has started pulling out those ones and selling them as 933/133 instead. Can't say I blame them .
Anyway mine's on 868 but needs more juice to go higher so have to wait for a new mobo. If you have to up the voltage anymore than by about 0.5-1.0 then you'll need to get extra cooling - I'm getting a G.Orb for mine.

You should definitley be able to get 866 out of it though - most likely 933, but at this stage it's not quite as certain as it was before.

Hey.. I just gotta P3 700/100 and I slapped a golden orb OFF of ONE OF MY CELERONS on her .. 25 degrees c .......@124 mhz with ****ty pc100....on a cheap gigabyte mobo = 868Mhz... I cant believe it,,,, the pc100 is actually holding.. it also worked fine @ 112Mhz ...hmmmmm.. should I try 133???

Well 933 is still no prob with my good ol pc100....i accidentally bumped a dip switch ,while re-applying thermal paste ,which set the multiplier to 140Mhz bus..... and it still booted.. but it all came to a crunch as windows was loading... general protection errors and all...
guess I should get some good pc133 ey?

I have 2 of these chips both on Asus p3v4x boards and just using the ALPHA 3125 HS/F I got both up to 1008. One uses pc100RAM the other I can get it to 1022, it has PC150RAM they both run under stress at about 33-35c
