Pelt with waht HSF? OR water cooling....info requested.

I am trying to decide what a good combination would be for a pelt and HSF....I was considered a 70-80 watt pelt with a alpha pep66 but I have no real idea if the alpha would be able to disapate that amount of heat...so any ideas of a good combination would be nice. .I am currently running my t-bird at 950 (not totally stable due to some heat problems) and just want to tweak out some extra performance from this baby. I am not that into the idea of setting up a water cooling rig just because of the fact that I wouldn't know where to store the water tank as well as running the risk of it tipping or one of my cats knocking over etc and baking my t-bird...I am not that familar with water cooling but I know I wouldn't want to run with my case open either which I have seen different water rigs setup in such a way.....if I could have a closed case and a way to safely setup a water cooling system with little chance of it being knock over etc I may consider it....so shead some light on these different topics if you would be so kind. Thanks.

My 600e is running subzero on only the PSU fan with the case closed and soundproofed... So it's definetly doable...

I run a 72w TEC under a PEP66, with CeleronII@1003mhz ( 45W output ).
I made a twin fan shrouding to take twin YStech fans, but this should not be needed for you.
The PEP should be ok with about 100W input( total) with the YStech, you will probably do better with a 72W TEC + Delta fan/PEP66 that should be good for about 120W total.
My HSF does not get even hot, just warm, but im pushing 60CFM over it.
