Question about the alpha pep66

Or whatever the damn thing is called, lol, anyway...I was wondering if this thing is worth the money to cool my celly2. Right now I have an old socket7 alpha (before the copper base even) that I modded slightly to only take up one dimm slot. I get around 36c idle, and 50-55c full load after a few mins (566@901, 1.8v). The problem I have is that I want to add my ice-74 pelt and 1/8" copper cold plate to the mix, but then it would take up 2 dimms . Would the pep66 take up 2 dimms with a pelt/cold plate/insulation? My final question is could this heatsink even handle that kinda pelt or is it a little much? Thanks in advance guys!

I'm using the PEP66 and it blocks one of the four DIMM slots on my Soyo SY-6BA+IV mobo. I don't use a Peltier or anything but I do run Rain 2.0. My PIII 700, which is O/C'ed to 970 MHz, idles at 19C, gets to 22C or 23C surfing, and maxes out at about 33C in Q3 or UT. I occasionally run it at 1011 MHz and the temps are about the same as at 970 MHz.

On an ASUS P3V4X with a pelt and cold plate I only just lose 1 Dimm slot.
Overall length from slug is 70mm, with a 3mm Coldplate and 52watt pelt.
The PEP does handle the heat very well. Although I have based the -ve to the -5v on the PSU feed, and this runs Fan at close to 6000rpm controls heat build up better, with use of CPUcools fan speed controller, it only runs upto full speed at over 10c.
