OEM???

I going to buy a 566 celly, now I can buy it cheaper OEM for about 20 bucks less than retail. My question is it worth 20 bucks to buy retail? or does it matter with this particular cpu I'm looking to get 850 out if it. thanks

there is no difference between oem and retail chips, just a different identification number and that you will have to buy a thrid party heatsink. with that 20 you save you can get a quality heatsink from global win or a gorb.

Just to be aware, make sure the oem cpu your purchasing from doesn't offer overclocking chips. They tend to sell the none overclocking ones as oem's
