You will want CAS2 SDRAM. ECC is unnecassary and an added expense that is actually slower (~3%) then non-ECC SDRAM.

    SDRAM that's CAS 2 @ 133MHz FSB stands a good chance of hitting 140+MHz FSB @ CAS 2 and 150+MHz FSB @ CAS 3.

Cosair makes quality SDRAM modules, you won't be disappointed.

ECC, which is error checking, takes time and therefore slows the RAm just a little bit so there is less of a chance of reaching a higher speed.

Thanks guys...very much appreciated. Tomorrow morning I will order the CAS2 CORSAIR RAM:

    "CORSAIR PC133 CAS 2 SDRAM 128MB 6 LAYER 168PIN CM654S128-133C2AM."

Note: My old instructor told me that two sticks of 64 get accessed faster than 1 stick of 128...any thoughts on that ?

    Thanx again

Many people have told me that aswell, but I do not know..

Damn, my ECC slows my chips down? no one told me that! :-(
