I my temp right or not.

I have a onboard temp monitor in my bios. I also have a software monitor. they both show the same temp. about 32C, If I run sis oft Sandra it says that my current cpu temp is 50C, I touch my heatsink and isn't hot or anything.

Get motherboard monitor instead of Sandra. Sandra adds 15-20 *C to your temp. For mine it says 60 when I am at 38.
